Past five days I have been working. first the annual tests and then trip to Seoul, South-Korea. I came home a couple of hours ago, went to the gym and trained chest. Tomorrow after a good night sleep is going to be hard back-day:)
I lost my old mp3-player, where was music during the couple of last years.
Last week I bought a new one and now I have been uploading music into it.
Music is really important part of my training and it give the boost to surpass yourself. I like to listen different kind of music, but RnB is probably my favourite.
