Training for the next show has started. At the moment I try to to recover my body quickly from the diet and the high amount of cardio. the carbs are up and cardio is down;) weight training is now little bit different than before, but there is still some hard weight training aswell, that’s my passion:)
Leg training is now more circuit training,high reps and low weights.so let’s see how it works.
i love christmass and it has been nice to decorate home for the christmass, make some rice porridge and enjoy the christmass spirit.
